We offer free delivery within Central Motueka, delivery to outer areas starts at $10

What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday-Saturday, if you require delivery on Sunday please email us at petalandposyflorals@outllok.co.nz
What is the latest time we can submit an order for same day delivery?
For same day delivery Monday-Friday you must submit your order before 12pm or 11am Saturday, however we cannot guarantee same day weekend delivery. For any last minute orders please get in touch either on 02108349955 or email petalandposyflorals@outlook.co.nz
When will my flowers be delivered?
We deliver throughout the day and as late as early evening if necessary. AM or PM can be requested at checkout as well as specific delivery times which can be added to 'order delivery instructions' at checkout. We will do our best to fulfill your requests
Do you delivery on Sundays and public holidays?
No we do not, however if this is needed please email us at petalandposyflorals@outlook.co.nz and we will do our best to help
Do you deliver to hospitals, rest homes and care facilities?
Yes we do, however for rest homes and care facilities we suggest that you check directly with the facility before placing your order as some do not accept flowers. For deliveries to Nelson Hospital we know that some wards do not accept flowers so please check prior to ordering. We suggest choosing an item in a vase or water filled box
What happens if i get flowers delivered and no one is home?
If no one is home, your flowers will be left in a cool, sheltered spot out of weather and out of view from the street if possible. Please make sure you leave the recipients full details so we can get in touch to let them know where their flowers are.
Can I pick up my flowers?
Yes of course! Please select 'pickup' at checkout, our pickup address will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
Do all orders include a message card?
Yes, all bouquets come with a complimentary card with a message. Write your message in the 'card message' box which is on each different products page.
I missed the cut off for same day delivery
All orders that are received after 12pm that required same day delivery will need to be confirmed by calling us on 02108349955
What are your delivery areas?
Our delivery areas are Motueka, Lower Moutere, Upper Moutere, Riwaka, Brooklyn, Kaiteriteri, Marahau, Richmond, Brughtwater areas, Nelson, Golden Bay areas. Please phone us on 02108349955 if you don't see your area listed here
