Guarantee of Satisfaction
Petal & Posy Florals guarantees that all of the flower arrangement orders are fresh, to the desired value, and is of good quality. All of our flowers are arranged by a professional florist.
If a customer is unhappy with a Petal & Posy Florals product we will discuss this issue with you and provide a suitable outcome. If it is accepted that the complaint is justified we will either give a full refund of the original amount paid or provide a replacement. Refunds/replacement only applies to locally delivered goods. Complaints must be made within 24hrs of delivery/pickup, they must be made directly to us either by email: petalandposyflorals@outlook.co.nz or by phone: 02108349955. 
We cannot accept products for return if they have been damaged by our couriers, we take great care when packing goods if they are going to be delivered to you by courier. Petal & Posy Florals cannot take responsibility for any damaged goods or lost goods occurring in transit, however we will do the best we can to help you resolve this with the courier company. 


Cancellation
Petal & Posy Florals is unable to cancel any order that has already been made up or with less that 24 hours notice


Substitution
Nationwide and regional seasonal conditions may affect the supply and availability of some flowers and foliage. In some circumstances Petal & Posy Florals may need to substitute one flower or foliage variety for another in order to fulfill your order. While we do our best to make your order as shows on the photo, the pictures are only a guide to the style of flowers that will be picked up/delivered. All substitutions will be made to the equivalent value and quality of the order. 


Currency & Pricing
All pricing on petalandposyflorals.co.nz is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

We review our flower prices regularly due to market fluctuations throughout the year. Flowers cost us more during the winter and at peak periods such as Valentines Day & Mothers Day. During these times bunch size may decrease, but orders will always be done to the price & style of the order. 


Delivery Procedure
When an order is delivered whether it is by our courier or the owner of Petal & Posy Florals (India Bolger) upon drop off no signature is required. If no one is home your flowers and/or gifts will be left on your front door step or in a sheltered place. If there are dogs or we cannot access the property the flowers and/or gifts will be returned to Petal & Posy Florals and we will contact either the recipient or the sender to arrange pick up or re-delivery (re-delivery will incur an extra charge).

 If your flowers and/or gifts have been made and/or are out for delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
